PAYMENT & RESERVATION​

Booking Made Simple: Learn About Our Payment and Reservation Process

Payment conditions vary depending on the tour/group package. Your invoice/contract will detail the deposit and full payment details. Payments can be made through wire transfer to Sacredkingdom Bhutan Tour. Payments by credit card (Visa or Master Card) are accepted, but there is a 5% administration fee. Group tour prices and itineraries are guaranteed upon receipt of a signed contract and deposit.

Note: The space is availability at the time of booking. Tickets for special events may need full payment at the time of purchase. Due to special events, premium nights, and holidays, prices may be higher than stated. Upon receipt of complete payment, travel certificates and tickets will be mailed. Different payment due dates, date change fees, and cancellation costs may apply to group reservations and specific tours/packages.

Credit Cards

Your consent to use your credit card number for payment shows your agreement with our booking Terms and Conditions, whether or not you have signed the applicable draft. Always Bhutan Travel,LLC shall keep on file, for travel agency bookings, a letter of confirmation signed by the cardholder allowing the use of the credit card without a signature. If a cardholder declines to honor a charge, the travel agency is liable for the full amount.

Prices

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. If the entire cost of the travel services rises by more than 7%, you have the right to cancel the reservation and receive a full refund. After you have paid in full, there will be no price increases.

Other Changes

Sacred kingdom Bhutan Tours reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for changes to package components. All modifications are subject to availability at the time of booking.
